Stats is built for an owner who wants to understand the site without a complicated dashboard. You do not need to know GA4. You see what changed, where traffic comes from, and what is worth looking at next.

AI insights are plain-language text based on your real numbers. For example: “Traffic rose 24% this week. Most of the increase came from your Instagram campaign.” They are not guesses.

Yes. Stats shows traffic from services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini when the browser sends that referral. You see which pages they point to and how that traffic behaves.

Stats breaks Icelandic traffic down by municipality. Region is derived from the IP address, which is not stored. Results use Icelandic place names and coats of arms.

Yes. Stats and Google Analytics can run on the same site. That is useful while you compare the numbers.

Stats does not use consent-required cookies, so you generally do not need a cookie banner for Stats. We process the IP address briefly to derive region and count same-day visitors — it is not stored. See the privacy policy for details.

No. The tracking script is about 7 KB compressed, many times smaller than Google Analytics, and loads asynchronously so it doesn’t hold up your page.

Add one Stats script to the site. You can run both while you get used to the dashboard, and remove the other when you are ready.

Free is 0: 1 site, 5,000 pageviews a month, and 90 days of history. Company is 3,900 ISK, Growth 7,900 ISK, and Agency 19,900 ISK per month, ex VAT. New accounts get 30 days of Growth with no card. Enterprise is a custom agreement from 79,900 ISK per month.

Yes. The free plan costs 0 and does not ask for a card. You get 1 site, 5,000 pageviews a month, and 90 days of history. A new account starts with a 30-day Growth trial.

If you don’t buy, the account moves to Free on its own. Tracking continues within that plan’s limits. You can choose Company, Growth, or Agency whenever you want.

No. Neither Free nor the 30-day trial asks for a card. A card or invoice only comes in when you choose a paid plan.

After the trial, if you don’t buy, you stay on Free. A paid plan that you cancel closes at the end of the period. Contact us if you want a paid account moved to Free.

A pageview is recorded when Stats sees a page open. The same visitor can count as more than one pageview if they open more pages.

On Free and paid plans, tracking continues about 10% past the limit and then stops until a new month starts or you upgrade. The 30-day trial is not capped. Agency can add 500,000 pageviews at a time.

Yes. Free and Company include 1 site, Growth 3, and Agency 10. Extra sites are 990 ISK/month on Company and Growth, and 1,490 ISK/month on Agency. Agency can give a client read-only access to one site.

Agency is 19,900 ISK per month ex VAT and includes 10 sites, everything in Growth, client access, branded reports, an API, and priority support. The pageview limit is 1.5 million a month. An extra site is 1,490 ISK per month.
